I have tried so many diets, gimmicks, and programs to lose weight and then I heard about hypnotherapy for weight loss. I thought, "I have nothing to lose," so I went in for some sessions.
One of the suggestions reinforced when I was "under" was to leave a little food on my plate and to drink a lot of water. I have done this since my 1st therapy session and have felt more motivated with my "dieting". I am more conscious of better food choices and I am drinking more water, feel full faster and definitely am leaving food on my plate.
